Product Description

Co50V2 Iron Cobalt 1J21/1J22 Soft Magnetic Alloy Strip / Bar / Sheet / Wire
--Co50V2 / 1J22 / Hiperco 50 / Permendur / Supermendur / AFK 502

Description :

Co50V2 Iron Cobalt is high saturation magnetic induction intensity of iron, cobalt, vanadium soft magnetic alloy in existing soft magnetic alloy calcium alloy has the highest saturated magnetic induction intensity (2.4 T), and high Curie temperature (980 ºC), saturation magnetostriction coefficient of maximum (60 ~ 100 * 10-6).

The precision alloy Co50V2 called permendur also refers to a group of soft magnetic materials with special properties, maintenance of high saturation induction.
Besides iron acting parent metal alloy Co50V2, the material composition comprises 48-50% cobalt, 1.3-1.8% vanadium, and are also present in small amounts alloying metals, including nickel, manganese, silicon. This structure defines the important properties of the precision of the material. Grade Co50V2 alloy has a high magnetic saturation exponent close to 2.35 T, a large magnetic permeability at high rates of induction and the Curie temperature is 950 ° C.

Properties of the alloy Co50V2
Soft magnetic materials include magnetic precision alloys manufactured on the basis of iron or iron-cobalt systems, iron-nickel. Co50V2 alloys and others belonging to the group of soft magnetic exhibit ferrimagnetic properties, negligible hysteresis losses, high levels of permeability at a low coercive force and other special qualities. The magnetization of the alloy Co50V2 occurs due to the displacement of the domain boundaries.
The coercive force of the material is characterized by the induction of the magnetic field required for the change of the magnetic flux density of the residual to zero (complete demagnetization). Soft magnetic metal materials Co50V2 easily magnetized, remagnetized and feature a narrow hysteresis loop cycle.
