Thermocouple Wire Type K J Insulated Cable

Huona (Shanghai) New Material Co., Ltd. offers a range of thermocouple wires, including Type K and Type J, with insulation options such as PVC, PTFE, Silicone, and fiberglass. These wires are designed for use in thermal measurement instrumentation.

Our thermocouple compensation cables, also known as instrumentation cables, are specifically used for process temperature measurement. They are constructed similarly to pair instrumentation cables but with different conductor materials. These cables are essential for connecting thermocouples to pyrometers for temperature indication and control.

Our thermocouple compensating wires, including types KX, NX, EX, JX, NC, TX, SC/RC, KCA, and KCB, are manufactured in accordance with GB/T 4990-2010 (Chinese National Standard) and IEC584-3 (International Standard).

The representation of our compensating wires follows the format of thermocouple code + C/X. For example, SC represents a compensating wire with the same alloy as the thermocouple, while KX represents a compensating wire with similar alloy properties within a certain temperature range.
