INTRODUCTION

ERNiCr-3 is suitable for applications ranging from cryogenic to high temperatures making this alloy one of the most used in the nickel family. Weld metal deposited by ERNiCr-3 has high strength and good corrosion resistance, including oxidation resistance and creep-rupture strength ar elevated temperatures.

APPLICATIONS:

ERNiCr-3 nickel based welding wire is used for dissimilar welding applications between various nickel alloys and stainless or carbon steels, as well as for overlay
ERNiCr-3 also used for welding 9% nickel steels to one another having high impact strength at low temperature.
Dissimilar-welding application include joining Inconel alloys, Incoloy alloys, Incoloy alloy 330 to nickel, Monel alloys, stainless steels, and carbon steels.
